ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of eight. I studied Insurance and Risk Management in college and began my career as a State Farm team member after graduation before opening my own agency. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
Our agency is proud to stay involved in the community by sponsoring local events, school activities, and sports teams throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Brandon Baxter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
